I've known Yong Keong since our JC days, so I can tell you exactly what kind of property agent he is. If you're looking for a super-slick salesman who replies in seconds and has a fancy script for everything, YK is not your guy. Because this guy is almost too honest. He’s definitely not the most knowledgeable agent on the block who knows every single detail offhand, but he will always find you the correct answer and will never bluff his way through a conversation. We are a rather senior couple who are not in touch with the latest policies or how our decisions may affect us. YK sat with us and did the math for us with out plans or expectations to sell at first. Since our unit was affected by the racial quota, he mentally prepped us on what to expect and the worst case scenario that could happen for us. He was patient with our 101 questions and walked us through the entire journey. He also liaised closely with our children to alleviate their worries about their parents making bad decisions too. Very honest chap and will definitely recommend him to anyone even though we dont plan to sell our house ever again!
